"Psilocybe Panaeolus Cyanescens, sometimes referred to as “Blue Meanies” (though not to be confused with the P. cubensis strain with the same name), is a widespread species that can be found throughout the southern United States, Latin America, Thailand, Japan, New Zealand, France, and Spain. They typically grow on animal dung. Fruiting bodies of this species have light grey to light brown convex caps that measure 1.5-4 centimeters in diameter, and light brown to light grey stems that usually measure between 7-12 centimeters long and 2-3 millimeters thick. This species appears greenish or blue when bruised, and its spores are jet black and elliptical shaped. Its psychedelic effects are reported to include visual hallucinations, distortion of space and time, and enhanced creativity. High doses have been described as a journey to another spiritual world."
